This page explains how to permanently delete your Debate Practice account (a working
title), published by Lapp’s Online Dynamics LLC, and exactly what data is removed.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all
saved rounds and speech transcripts cannot be recovered.
What Is Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Your account and authentication credentials (email/login).
Your profile (display name, skill level, and related settings).
All of your saved rounds — including round setup, every turn, and the
speech transcripts generated from your spoken debate.
Your usage records associated with the account.
Nothing of your account data is retained after deletion. Any data previously processed by third-party
processors is governed by their own retention policies (see the Privacy Policy).
There is no waiting period during which deleted data is kept by us.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — In the App (recommended)
Open the App and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Re-enter your password (or the emailed one-time code) to confirm it’s you.
Confirm the irreversible-deletion warning. Your account and all data are then permanently deleted.
Option 2 — By Email Request
If you cannot access the App, email
support@lappsonlinedynamics.com
from the email address on your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will
verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data.
