These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Debate Practice (the “App,” a working title), published by Lapp’s Online Dynamics LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App presents an age screen at first launch; users under 13 are not permitted to use the online or saved experience. See our Privacy Policy.
The App lets you practice timed, spoken debate rounds against an AI opponent and receive AI-generated feedback. You speak your arguments aloud; the App transcribes your speech, an AI generates the opposing side, and an AI provides structured feedback.
The opponent arguments, spoken responses, and any judge feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for practice purposes only. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise imperfect, and does not represent the views of Lapp’s Online Dynamics LLC. It is not professional, academic, legal, or competitive coaching advice. Use your own judgment; do not rely on AI-generated content as a statement of fact.

You retain ownership of the speech and arguments you create. You grant us a limited license to process them as needed to operate the App (for example, transcription, generating responses, and storing your round history), as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is currently free and contains no billing or in-app purchases in this version. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; any such change will be disclosed before it applies to you.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account) or via the Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lapp’s Online Dynamics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
